Incorrect Orders
If we deliver the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Food Quality
We use insulated delivery bags and optimized routes to keep your food at the right temperature from our kitchen to your door.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Tipping
Tips are appreciated but never mandatory. 100% of any tip goes directly to your delivery driver. You can tip at checkout or in cash on delivery.
Delivery Zones
We only deliver within our defined zones. If your address is outside our range, we recommend in-store pickup or using our catering service.
